Subscriptions currently do not have a set term. If we decide, in the future, to change the membership term, we will inform you via email, so make sure your contact information is up to date through the Account Info Page
You can join Trans-Siberian Express for free and have access to all of the Members-Only Ticket Pre-sales as well as all Members-Only Content. If you would like to add a T-shirt to your membership, you can either choose the T-shirt offer when you join or Upgrade to add a T-shirt to your existing membership from the BUY TSHIRT link that appears at the top right of the page when you are logged in.

When you sign up with Trans-Siberian Express, you can choose free membership or membership w/ a T-shirt. Both types of membership entitle you to the full benefits of being a Trans-Siberian Express member such as Ticket Pre-Sales, Protected Media, members only discount offers, exclusive content and more.

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.) ?!
To allow as many people as possible to enjoy TSO, codes are valid for one time use and purchasers are held to a six (6) ticket limit MAXIMUM. If you are registering for more than one date/venue, please note, you may only purchase up to six tickets total.
No, you must register for #VerifiedFan from either a U.S. or Canadian mobile number.
Each tour is unique and you must register for each tour/artist you’re interesting in attending. When registering for multiple shows on a single tour, you only need to register once, unless directed to do so. Please refer to the individual program details for more information.
If you receive a code, you may only use it for the date linked within the text message you receive prior to the Presale.
If you receive an offer code you will have the chance to unlock access to tickets. However, due to demand the ability to purchase tickets is not guaranteed and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No, registering does not guarantee you will receive an offer code.
You have successfully registered, and if verified (as a human and not a scalper), you will be selected to receive an offer code to purchase tickets. If demand is more than available inventory, selection may be random.
